Operational software
Mapping stored workwear down to the slot, then ordering, picking and restocking it per employee.

- Warehouse leads, customer buyers, approvers, pickers, stock controllers
The stock is jackets, hi-vis, trousers and boots, sized per employee. The platform tracks all of it and carries each employee order from the catalogue to the person wearing it.
The challenge
Garments for several customers sat across multiple warehouses and floors, and nobody could say exactly where a given size for a given customer was. Orders arrived per employee, had to be approved, and then picked from wherever the stock happened to be.
If stock, customers and locations live in different places, every order starts with a search.
The solution
The warehouse is modelled from its real floorplans: sites hold floors, floors hold racks, racks hold shelves and slots, and every slot belongs to a customer. Orders reference that same structure, so an approved order already knows which floor and slot each item comes from, and stock thresholds turn shortfalls into a reorder draft.

01Warehouse leads
Upload a floor's plan, place racks and europallet zones on it and mark where nothing can be stored.
Space
122 / 156
slots assigned on the ground floor, counted from the plan
How much room is left, and who it is held for, can be read straight off the plan.

02Customer buyers
A sized catalogue ordered per wearer. The basket keeps the department's budget in sight and goes for approval in one step.
Ordering
1 order
for every wearer and size in a department
Sizes are picked per named employee in the catalogue itself, which replaces a spreadsheet sent by email.

03Approvers
A queue of waiting orders, with the lines, the budget after the order and whether every size is in stock.
Control
€828
of department budget left, shown before each approval
Orders that would break a budget are caught here, before anything is picked.

04Pickers
Approved orders grouped by floor, checked off as they are picked, printable as a pick list or worked on the phone.
Picking
1 list
per warehouse floor, already sorted by slot
A picker walks one floor with one list, and every line names its rack, shelf and slot.
05Stock controllers
On-hand stock against threshold for every size.

Stock
4 lines
on a reorder draft built from what is under threshold
Each product and size is tracked against its own threshold, and anything under it gets a suggested reorder quantity.
Outcome
Storage, ordering and stock now sit in one model of the building, so where something is and who it is for are answered in the same place.
- Floorplan-based rack mapping
- Customer slot assignment
- Per-employee ordering
- Order approval
- Pick lists by warehouse floor
- Stock thresholds and reorders
