Used trucks, tippers and vans change hands between businesses: fleets selling off vehicles, dealers restocking, operators buying for a contract. The platform runs that trade from the moment a vehicle is inspected in a yard to the moment it is delivered to its new owner.
The challenge
Buyers, sellers, technicians and transporters all took part in the same sale, but each needed a different workflow and set of permissions, and every step needed someone watching it.
A marketplace that lets buyer and seller find each other has to stop them finishing the deal somewhere else.
The solution
Every role works in its own workspace on top of one shared deal record. The record moves through a fixed sequence of stages, and each stage decides what the next person can see and do: who can bid, when the seller is revealed, when documents unlock, when a carrier is asked to quote.
01Buyers
Trucks from across Europe, measured by road distance to the buyer's depot. Bids are sealed: buyers see the count and the clock, never the amounts.

Volume
3.1×
more bidders per listing than the phone sales it replaced
Every listing sits on one screen, so a truck reaches the whole market and not only the buyers the seller already knows.

02Sellers
When the auction closes, bids open ranked against the guide price and a hidden reserve. The buyer is named only once the seller accepts.
Revenue
+7%
average sale price against the seller's guide
Sealed bids give buyers a reason to offer their real price, and the seller sees every offer side by side instead of negotiating them one call at a time.
03Technicians
An offline checklist for yards without signal. The finished report ships with the listing, advisories included.

Onboarding
2 days
from booking an inspection to a live listing, down from two weeks
A seller lists a truck by booking a visit, and the inspection report does the selling, so buyers ask fewer questions.

04Transporters
Carriers quote routes on paid deals without seeing each other's prices. The pickup address unlocks when the buyer picks a quote.
Closing the deal
6 → 2 days
from a paid deal to a carrier booked
Transport is quoted inside the deal, so a sale doesn't stall at the last step. Carriers compete for the job, and nobody phones them one by one.
05Admins
Contact details shared in chat are held until the deposit clears, so deals stay on the platform.

Verification
under 4 h
to verify a new company, with no email back-and-forth
Company checks, listings and payments all run through one queue with response times, so a new buyer or seller is verified without leaving the platform.
Outcome
The commercial and operational sides of the sale now live in one product, so no role needs a separate tool.
- Buyer and seller workspaces
- Sealed closing-box bidding
- KYC/KYB and agreement gates
- Staged deal room with deposits
- Technician intake app
- Transport quoting
- Admin review and moderation queues
